Please ensure you have read and understood the terms and conditions set out below before you proceed with your booking. On receipt of your retainer you are entering into a contract and are bound to the terms and conditions below.

Bookings 

A retainer of 100€ is required to secure your date. This is non-refundable and will be deducted from your final payment. Until this has been paid the date will be left open for other bookings.

On receipt of your retainer you will receive an email confirming your booking with your remaining balance which is to be paid on the day of the wedding.

Payments​

The retainer must be made via bank transfer or cash. On all payments please use the reference of your name.

Changes to Booking​

Any amendments made to increase the number of the booking after the deposit has been paid, must be pre-agreed. Adding additional people to the booking may require an assistant to work within the time frame.

Any changes made to reduce the booking, is at my discretion, the total may still be required, or I reserve the right to cancel my services.

Cancellations​

If in the unfortunate event you need to cancel your booking the retainer is non-refundable.

If you cancel within 12 weeks of your booking no further payment is required. Cancelling your booking with less than 12 weeks until your wedding will require 50% of your total booking.

If in the highly unlikely event I am unable to provide my wedding services, a full refund will be given including your retainer. I will also help if possible, to recommend other stylists to take my place, however any bookings will be your responsibility.

Health and Safety​

I will ensure all the necessary health and safety precautions are followed correctly.

It is the client’s responsibility to inform me of any potential issues such as allergies, and/or sensitivities.

Wedding Day​

A start time will be agreed prior to the wedding day. Any delays caused by other vendors or the bridal party that result in my services not being completed will not result in any partial refund.

If in the highly unlikely event I am delayed through cause of my own and cannot complete my services I will give a refund accordingly.

For the day to run on time, please can you ensure all the bridal party have their hair ready and as instructed by me prior to the day.

Photography & Use of Images​

Images and videos taken during the trial and / or wedding day may be used on the  website and social media accounts for promotional purposes.

​

Additional Details​​

Any additional time required for trial sessions will have to be pre-agreed and may incur additional charges.

Repeat trials: If a second hair trial is requested the same fee applies as for the first trial.
